S-Series^® POSILOK^® Tooth System with the Sidewinder^® Pin

The ESCO innovative nose and lock concept for its POSILOK tooth system is used on dragline and large hydraulic face shovel lips. The nose is part of a complete tooth system which combines ESCO proven technology with POSILOK teeth with a new Sidewinder pin and POSILOK nose.

Nose Design: Fully stabilized bearing eliminates the need for wedge tight fit typical on older Conical™ nose design.

The nose design provides 35-50% increase, depending on the size, in primary vertical loading fatigue strength.

Sidewinder Pin: This unique pin is pre-installed in the POSILOK nose hole and is never removed during adapter change-out unless damaged. The pin provides improved safety and reliability.
